ample parking helpful staff leisure facilities good choice
The breakfast had many choices. staff helped with directions. the gym included treadmills and weights. the parking was ample. It was located just outside the entrance. i found this very convenient. the leisure facilities provided a good way to relax after a busy day. i appreciated the convenience of having everything in one place.
the soundproofing seemed a little thin. i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

my twin room had two comfortable beds and a television. a desk offered a workspace and tea and coffee facilities were available. the bathroom included toiletries, clean towels, and a functional shower.

adequate stay, but with issues
excessive gym noise slow bar service
the location was convenient for my needs.
The noise from the gym was excessive. i needed to work, but the classes made it hard. also, service in the bar was slow. It took a long time to order food as only one person was serving while others dealt with a dispute.

the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. the pool was a good size. i found plenty of parking available , convenient. the family changing area near the pool also made things easier with kids.
The lack of a phone in the room was a small issue. I couldn't easily contact reception about a light malfunction.

leisure facilities swimming pool sports area cigarette smoke room phone staff compensation
The leisure facilities are very good. The swimming pool had a good size. The sports area provided wide number of classes. Chris copeland was very cute when i enter the pub area.
My room had a strong cigarette smoke odor on arrival. Staff did not offer any compensation for this issue. There was no phone in my room, i could not call reception about the light not working.
